OPTION 1 (easiest) import the file from another computer

if you don't have login details (or anyway) this is the easiest way:

Export the site settings from the computer you currently use, or ask a colleague to do it if you don't have access.

Enter FileZilla, click "file" and "export".

Check off all boxes and click save

Send yourself (or your college) the file, and follow step 1 from the beginning, but choose "Import" instead, and upload the file.
